Just like the NFL Draft selects its top athletes to step onto the grand stage, we are selecting the next generation of young men who will embark on a summer of transformation. This summer, our mentees will travel to multiple locations, including Puerto Rico—our first-ever international trip. They will see, feel, and experience a world that is larger than they ever imagined. They will meet professionals, walk through corporate offices, engage in cultural immersion, and see themselves in spaces they never thought possible.
They will witness their own potential firsthand.
