By accessing and using the Kut Different website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site. These terms apply to all visitors, volunteers, donors, mentors, families, and any other users of the Site.​

2. About Kut Different
Kut Different is a nonprofit organization based in Ocala, Florida, dedicated to providing structured youth mentorship, leadership development, and community engagement for elementary and middle school boys. Our programs focus on character building, public speaking, academic support, and family involvement.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Donations made through our Site are voluntary and processed through secure third-party payment processors. All donations to Kut Different are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law as a 501(c)(3) organization. Refund requests for donations should be directed to info@kutdifferent.org and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Volunteer and Program Applications
Applications submitted through the Site for volunteer, mentor, or mentee positions are subject to review and approval by Kut Different. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into any program. All mentors and volunteers working with minors are subject to background checks and screening procedures in compliance with Florida law.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.​
